If you contact GRO or Blaze for a discovery call: your name, email address, and any information you share in the contact form. We use this to prepare for and schedule the call. Booking is processed via Cal.com, their privacy policy applies to that transaction.

If you apply to join the Blaze fractional leader network (via our /join form): your name, email, LinkedIn profile, professional background, and preferences. We use this to assess fit for our network and, to contact you for next steps.

If you engage Blaze or GRO as a client: your contact details and company information, used to deliver our services.

We do not use any personal data for marketing purposes without your separate consent.

Within GRO GmbH, data is accessible to the founding team involved in running Blaze (currently Emelie Metscher, Yana Goretaya, and Carina Hütte) and the GRO GmbH co-founder Thomas Metscher for advisory services. We do not sell data to third parties.

We keep data for as long as there is an active relationship or a legitimate reason to do so. If you ask us to delete your data, we will do so within 30 days unless we are legally required to retain it.

This website is hosted on Squarespace. Booking links in use after a contact form is submitted is Cal.com. We use these tools to operate our business, each has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data on their platforms.
