Who We Are Looking For
We review every application personally. There are a few things that are fixed, and a few that make the difference. Here's what we look for.
Seniority that counts

CFO, CMO, COO, CPO, Chief of Staff or equivalent. It's less about the title on paper and more about whether you've rolled up your sleeves, been close to the decisions, and carried real responsibility. That's the positioning we're looking for.
Already fractional

You've made the pivot. You have a B2B structure or payroll solution, you understand the model, and you're not figuring it out as you go. If you're still deciding, we'd love to hear from you once you are ready.
Switzerland-based

Based in Switzerland, or genuinely set up to serve Swiss and DACH clients. The Blaze network is local by design at first, proximity matters for the relationship-led work we place.
Available to commit

You can take on at a minimum an advisory role, but preferably 1–3 day per week retainer, and be deployment-ready within two weeks. If your plate is full right now, we'd rather see you join when you have capacity.
